In this context, BRC Global Standards Food Safety Management System, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management systems, BRC Global Standards Food Safety Management System, which certifies that we meet international standards at every stage of production. We have ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management systems, KOSHER and HALAL certificates.

As we stated in our Quality and Food Safety Policy, we produce products that comply with the necessary national and international food regulations and human health during the production and transportation process until our products reach the hands of our final customers. We provide training to our employees based on our philosophy of quality and the principle of continuous improvement. We have the most comprehensive Food Analysis Laboratory in the region, where we perform world-class physical, chemical and microbiological analyzes of raw materials and final products.
